ATTENTION PARENT/GUARDIAN

IF YOUR STUDENT HAS TURNED THIS FORM IN & DOES NOT CHECK IN WITH US THAT EVENING, WE WILL CALL TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE AWARE OF THEIR ABSENCE

  • After Graduation, Students will return to the high school to quickly change into their casual clothing.
  • Between 9:30 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. the buses will leave the high school. Students MUST ride the bus to/from Main Event. There are no exceptions to this rule unless School Administration gives permission.
  • The buses will return to the high school between 2:30 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. on Friday, May 18th.
  • Students are encouraged to only bring their cell phones. There will be a bag check before loading the bus!
  • Students are encouraged to not leave their cars in the school parking lot overnight
  •  AUTHORIZATION/RSVP FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED TO ATTEND.
  • SUBMIT AUTHORIZATION/RSVP FORM BY MONDAY, MARCH 19, 2018.

Signatures Required

  1. Any student under the influence or in possession of drugs or alcohol will be detained and his/her parent/guardian will be called to pick up the student. If parent/guardian are not available, police will be called.
  2. Any graduate caught drinking, smoking, fighting, destroying or participating in any other form of unacceptable behavior throughout the night will also be detained and the parent/guardian or police will be called.
  3. No one is allowed to drive themselves to Grad Night.

Student and the parent/guardian of the student participating in Grad Night do hereby fully and forever release the Grain Valley Eagles Booster Club, each member thereof, each parent volunteer at Grad Night, GVHS and their respective agents, employees, contractors, vendors and invitees, of and from any and all liability for injury to person or property, however defined or denominated, arising out of or related to the student's participation in Grad Night or from any act, omission, event, condition or other occurrence which occurs at Grad Night
